Exposure
Become part of our team, interact with world-class data scientists and engineers, and engage with our customers face-to-face. As part of this Fellowship, you will have the opportunity to take a significant role in the development of new and existing products.
Pay
You will be paid competitively for all product work you perform and any externally facing events (such as conferences) you may attend on our behalf. We have high expectations and we compensate accordingly.
Twyst is a fully remote organization and we embrace flexible work schedules. The ideal candidate for a Twyst Fellowship will be completing a graduate degree and have the ability to work approximately 20 hours per week during active projects.

- Evaluation Criteria
Twyst evaluates fellowship applicants based primarily on mathematical and technical fit. Additionally we weigh availability, ability to commit to program requirements, communication skills, and desire to learn.
- Interviews
After an initial evaluation of your application, you may be invited to a short series of interviews with our core business and technical teams.
Program Requirements
Fellowships are typically 6-12 months in duration (depending on candidate). We have structured interactions at least once per week during the full duration of the Fellowship. During the Fellowship, you must agree that with a 2 week advanced notice you will be willing & able to execute on a paid project that requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, typically lasting between 4-12 weeks.
